If you don't cancel before the end of day 3, your membership automatically continues at $9.99/month. You'll be charged at the start of month 2. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

You won't be charged anything. Your Test Flight free eSIM will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation.

No — the free test eSIM is only active while your Test Flight membership is active (trialling or paid). Cancelling deactivates it.
